FBCK CMS and the regional financial report tools are operated for First Baptist Church of Kenya regions nationwide. They are church administration tools, not consumer social products.

Data on the Android app

Finance reports, members, attendance, and events entered in FBCK CMS are stored only on the device. The current app does not send that data to our servers, advertisers, or analytics services.

Data we may process

• Church financial reports (offerings, tithes, expenses) in Kenyan Shillings
• Optional member names, phone numbers, church location, and roles
• Attendance counts and event details you enter

How data is used

Data is used only for church administration: reviewing finances, membership, attendance, and events. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Web reports tool

If you also use the optional web reports site, those records stay on the church's chosen host (for example this Vercel project, or a local file on a computer). That is separate from the Android app's on-device storage.

Access

Access is intended for authorized church workers (pastors, treasurers, clerks). Protect the device with a screen lock. Uninstalling the Android app deletes the on-device records.
